AURA LIMONCELLO

Limoncello, a lemon liqueur, is prepared by macerating the peels of organic lemons in grain distillate. The peels are peeled as thin as possible to avoid the white part that gives bitterness to the taste of the final product.  We recommend drinking it as a digestive, well chilled, at – 5  until 4 °C, served in ice-cold glasses. It pairs exceptionally well with fruity and creamy desserts, as well as with dark chocolate or drizzled over ice cream.  You can also enjoy it in various spritz or cocktail variations.
