Intense ruby red color. The aroma is a balanced, approachable mix of spice (pepper) and plenty of fruit (dark berries). Very clear and precise aromas. A juicy attack, enveloping with ripe acidity, follows a soft, light sweetness. Ripe tannins give the wine plenty of structure. The body is full-bodied yet refreshingly light-footed. An impressive finish with enormous length and depth. With its fresh structure, it is ideal for braised dishes.
