CHARDONNAY ROSENBERG 2023

Straw yellow with greenish reflections. Initially, the bouquet is somewhat reserved, but soon unfolds aromas of white stone fruit, citrus, vanilla, wood, and smoke. On the palate, this wine is extremely lively, creamy, round, and warm. It is characterized by well-balanced acidity, a solid body, and a fruity and lingering finish, accompanied by a hint of smoke. A wine of great finesse and elegance. This wine is the result of careful vinification, during which the grapes were aged in both oak barrels (barriques) and stainless steel tanks. This approach gives the wine impressive complexity while preserving its freshness and fruitiness. Perfect with lobster, crayfish, grilled fish, or white meat.
