A light, fresh, and extremely dry wine with a unique style. Aromas of citrus fruits and chamomile on the nose, while citrus notes, apples, bitter almonds, and a hint of Mediterranean herbs dominate the palate. Debit combines the freshness of the north with the strength of the south, remarkably expressing the character of the Plastovo soil through its minerality and freshness. A testament to its rich past and quality is the fact that it was once used as a currency, hence the name Debit. Debit pairs perfectly with fish, shellfish, light summer dishes, or simply as an aperitif.
