FJAKA BABIĆ 2021

The grapes come from the Jadratovac vineyard in the hinterland of Šibenik. Deep ruby ​​red and concentrated fruit. The pronounced and beautiful aromas of dark cherry, Marasca cherry, and plum develop according to the spicy aromas and notes of oak. Pleasantly accentuated acidity, characteristic of Babić, brings this wine to life. The wine was aged for 18 months in barriques and has great aging potential. A great accompaniment to game, lamb, grilled dishes, and mature hard cheeses.
