Made using the traditional method from 50% Chardonnay and 50% Pinot Noir, this sparkling wine offers intense aromas of yeast and butter. Its beautifully rounded and balanced profile has a golden yellow hue and firm, perlage. With notes of toast, quince, apple, pear and a buttery note, the nose is a wonderful mix of concentrated tropical fruits, brioche and subtle beeswax. The palate follows suit and delivers a wonderfully balanced and rich body with lively acidity. This wine is full of flavor and a real sensory treat. This sparkling wine rested on the lees for 48 months.
