MERLOT-CABERNET FRANC 2018

By properly balancing between traditional and modern techniques in wine production, we try to show the variety and Levač terroir in wine. That is why the aromas of blackberry, cinnamon and cedar are visible in this blend, as well as the pleasant, soft tannins rounded off with a rich and full finish. These varieties undergo vinification and aging in barrique barrels separately, while the final cuvée occurs later. By carefully choosing the manufacturer of barrique barrels and combustion, we balance the influence of oak just so that the grapes and all its characteristics are preserved and visible in each bottle.
