Although Sauvignon Blanc and Viognier are technologically two completely different varieties, proper cuvée and precise vinification together make a perfect wine blend. The two varieties are treated differently both in the vineyard and in the cellar, and the final wine is in a perfect balance dominated by the aromas of apricot, peach and oak on the scent, and they complement each other brilliantly with a creamy taste in which the freshness is emphasized. After long maceration and fermentation at lower temperatures, both wines are aged separately in 500 l barrels for about a year. The final cuvée is created immediately before bottling.
