Playful and juicy acids give this wine the character of a fluffy summer wine that is sipped with ease, opening with fragrant citrus aromas of grapefruit and orange peel with traces of creamy tones obtained by applying the “Sur-lie” aging method. Morava is best combined with light food such as bruschetta, a meal of salad with olive oil, pasta with vegetables or grilled vegetables. We also recommend it with slightly more aromatic food such as sushi, baked trout, sea bream or white cheeses in brine.
