VIRTUS SAUVIGNON BLANC 2021

Virtus’s Sauvignon Blanc wine is dominated by the aroma of the elder flower and melons, supplemented by discrete mineral notes and tones of mown grass and herbs: basil, coriander, i.e. parsley, chives, dill, marjoram, rosemary, sage, thyme, mint and nettle. It has a distinctive bouquet, exceptional freshness and lightness, with well-balanced acids and alcohol. The wine is dry, of light yellow color with greenish reflections, crystal clear, and when tasted it feels full, fresh and crisp. The richness and fullness of the wine with discreet shades of vanilla, which further refine its aromatic complex, are complemented by the fact that one part fermented and aged in barriques and French oak barrels.
