A traditional fruit liqueur produced by ageing young, green walnuts in slivovitz. It has a greenish-brown colour and aromas of caramel and herbs. The taste is sweet and bitter, with hints of honey. It is an excellent digestive that should only be slightly chilled. Alcohol by volume: 30%
