Only full ripe fruits are hand-picked in stages, cleaned, stoned, presses, and thereafter controlled fermented slowly. Without any additives whatsoever. All our Trifun RAKIJA (brandies) are double distilled in traditional wood-fired copper pot stills in order to preserve to the highest extent their unique and smooth fruit flavors. At our small batch distillery, we are very proud of what we have achieved so far.
