Young Salt Gin meets the bittersweet balance in our contemporary take on the Negroni cocktail, first mixed in Florence, Italy in 1919. It is the result of our distillery’s collaboration with Antica Torino Srl, a Turin vermouth producer and Red Bitter producer, Luxardo SpA from Padua. Gin forward, zesty and nutty.
