This Sauvignon Blanc offers intense and full fruit aromas of elderberry, melon and gooseberry, which skillfully mix with spicy nuances of pepper, asparagus and lemongrass. On the palate, as on the nose, the wine presents itself with wonderfully subtle elegance. Juicy and refreshing. The finish is light and appetizing. In addition, 9% of the wine was fermented in oak barrels and aged on the lees using the Sur Lie method, which gives this wine a special depth and seductiveness.
