On the slopes of the protected Emerald Canyon of the Zemna River in the village of Mihajlovac, from vineyards near its confluence with the Danube and a landscape of magical nature, the fruits of the eternal Negotin sun and the Danube land are turned into top-quality wine. In it, all the uniqueness of this terroir and the craftsmanship of the Matalj winery are sublimated. Dry red wine obtained by blending Cabernet Sauvignon 85% and Cabernet Franc 15%. Zemna bears the title of Reserva, but also the seal of terroir and vineyard Terrace, telling the story of the suitable soil and favorable climatic conditions that give a unique feature to the wines from this area – this wine is truly an invitation to a journey that will take you through the rich past and present of this region, now packed in a Zemna bottle.
